Here’s what our learners and employers are saying about our Traineeships.
I learned valuable and progressive skills to assist me in future job roles. After working in Upton Park for several weeks I was called for an interview for an apprenticeship in the Business Admin department in the Pharmacy at the Royal London Hospital. I have now started my official apprenticeship programme on the 3rd of July which is contracted for 18 months of paid work.
Because of the Traineeship, I have achieved things that I did not think I could ever do. I loved my 4 weeks at Aim Skills and my tutor was so helpful to me throughout. I got the confidence to go to my first job interview and now I have a position in an office rather than doing nothing.
What the professionals are saying
We’ve had a number of young people that have successfully completed their work placements with the trust and as a result many have been offered apprenticeships in front line roles with departments such as Out Patients, Pharmacy and in various administrative roles.

Aim Skills have been extremely instrumental in providing unemployed customers the opportunities needed to get them close and back into work. The training programmes they offer have been very useful to customers and many have found work. The apprenticeships available are very good and there is always demand for these type of roles.
