Imran ul Haque
Managing Director
Imran founded Aim Skills Development in 2010. Imran has vast experience in the work based training world including as Centre Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and Trainer/Assessor. Imran is currently responsible for the strategic direction of the centre as well as managing the quality of the provision, funding and business functions. Imran has a particular passion for helping the disadvantaged in society, using funding to provide development opportunities for all who need them.

Daniel Gilson
Quality Monitoring Manager
Daniel has had 20 years experience in a multitude of training and development roles. He has experience as a trainer, assessor and Internal Quality Assurer, as well as Centre Manager and Business Development Manager for training centres across London. He contributes to accreditation, bid writing, marketing and other key documents as well as writing the self assessment report each year backed by observations of our trainers and assessors, culminating in a quality improvement plan.
Daniel also delivers the ‘CAVA’ Assessor qualification for new assessors, the IQA Award for new quality assurance staff as well as the Award in Education and Training for new trainers, and also maintains a small group of learners to keep his hand in at training and assessing.
Antoinette Curry
IQA / Assessor / Trainer
Antoinette is a trained IQA and Assessor – both qualifications acheived with the support of ASD.
Originally Antoinette started working in Health and Social Care as a domiciliary care worker and progressed to senior care worker. She then started to work in quality assurance, completing assessments and dealing with complaints. At ASD, Antoinette deals with Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and is working towards her Level 5 qualifications.

Aishvariya Seetharaman
Office Manager
Aishvariya holds a MBA in Finance and HR and Degree in Banking and Commerce. She has been working in recruitment, sales and business development for 7 years and relocated to UK in 2014. Aishvariya is responsible for all day to day runnings of the ASD office and making sure all of the assessors’ and students’ needs are met.
